PREPARE FOR EXAMS - MY TIPS

Hey visitors as we know preparing for exam is not an easy task for a large number of students. I am a student too and we know the problems occurs in front of students is based on mind and body. During exams often fatigue and complain of headaches and with such kind of condition it is hard and difficult to concentrate in reading. Lack of sleep, unbalanced diet, stress, all these habits makes us more difficult to prepare for exams. So here are some of the tips given below from my side in order to overcome problems that we discussed earlier.

TAKE FULL SLEEP OR NAP
During exams students often awake the whole night or they get up very early in the morning in order to study. They completely ignore the sleep during exams. But one should know that our mind also need rest. If we continue to study during exam without sleeping then we can't even store the data properly that we have read about the subject for the exam. So during exam time, 6 to 7 hours sleep is very important.

FOCUS ON DIET
While studies students generally eat unhealthy snacks which is not good for their health. Fast food can may disturb your concentration, so during exams one must have healthy foods like green vegetables, fruits etc.

BE ACTIVE
During exams don't just keep studying for hours. Students try to get rid of exercise during exam preparation but whole day just sitting and studying and not being physically active may harm you. Do exercise as  it reduces stress and make you feel relaxed. Even if you don't want to exercise then just go for a walk in a fresh air as increase your brain power and concentration.

DO NOT TAKE TENSION
Friends we know that tension during examination time is normal but more tension leads to lack of concentration and then you will not be able to study properly. So instead of taking tension it ll be better to concentrate on studies well by making small notes. Then whenever you're free just revise the notes you prepared earlier during practice.
                   So guys just follow above steps in order to have a successful examination.
